Master Bedroom:
Look up all around the room to check for cobwebs, dusty light fixtures.
Look down to check for dust balls, poor vacuuming or edging.
Check molding, baseboards and doors with your fingers for dust and fingerprints.
Check windowsills the same way.
Check window blinds for dusting.
Check mirrors and hanging pictures for dust and fingerprints.
Bed properly made and neatened.
Make sure Closet has been vacuumed.
Turn off lights.

Master Bathroom:
Check sinks to see that that a toothbrush was used around faucet and drain.
Check mirrors for streaks or fingerprints.
Check for toothpaste splatters or hair spray residue on mirror.
Check all faucet handles they should be dry and streak free.
Check tub, shower and shower doors.
Check toilet under lid, the outside front and the floor.
Check behind the toilet and baseboard.
Check floors and corners and behind the door.
Turn off lights.
 

Bedroom’s One - Three:
One Two Three Check ceiling fans make sure they have been dusted.
One Two Three Look up all around the room to check for cobwebs, dusty light fixtures.
One Two Three Look down to check for dust balls, poor vacuuming or edging.
One Two Three Check molding, baseboards and doors with your fingers for dust.
One Two Three Check windowsills the same way.
One Two Three Check window blinds for dusting.
One Two Three Check mirrors and hanging pictures for dust and fingerprints.
One Two Three Bed properly made and neatened.
One Two Three Turn off lights.

Bathroom’s One – Three:

One  Two  If they have wood floors make sure floor was washed and looks good.
One  Two  Turn off lights.

Kitchen & Laundry Room:
A few dishes should be put in dishwasher or hand washed.
Check that inside of microwave has been cleaned.!!!!!
Check that the top of the refrigerator has been cleaned.
Check that the kitchen sink been scrubbed.
Run your hand along the counter to check for any crumbs.
Check floor and baseboards under and around counter.
Washer and Dryer have been windexed down.
Check Utility sink make sure it is clean.
Rugs have been put back on the floor in laundry room.

Family Room:
Check light fixtures, ceiling fans for cobwebs.
Check that Window sills have been dusted.
Check to see that blinds have been dusted.
Dining room chairs have been pushed in and are back in order.
Tassels are straight on the dining room rugs.
Check for dust bunnies on the hardwood.
If they have wood floors make sure floor was washed and looks good.
Turn off lights.

Office:

Turn off lights.

Bonus Room:
Check for dust and fingerprints.

Look down to check for dust balls, poor vacuuming or edging.
Check molding or baseboards and doors with your fingers.
Check windowsills the same way.
Check window blinds for dusting.
Check mirrors and hanging pictures for dust and fingerprints.

Final Checks:
Everything back in place (Newspapers, rugs, chairs, etc.) Blinds are all neat!!!
Check to see Power Room has not been missed down stairs.
Check closed doors for extra rooms that may have been missed.
Leave note to client.
Pick up check and leave envelopes.
Turn Off lights.
Check that doors are locked.
Inventory all supplies before leaving home.
